             For October 19-28, 2012    

1. Fill in the Registration Form and complete all applicable spaces.

2. The cost for transportation,  accommodations  and meals in Beijing, is only

       $1580.0. (It is only for early registration before June 28th, 2012). 

       This cost $1580 does not include the international air ticket fee. To get 

       your cheap international air ticket call our  agency 1-877-885-2742.

   $80 for your optional certification fee. Your basic medical expenses, which 

    includes prescribed herbs, you need hand out to your doctors, It's also optional.   

    

3. All registrations after 06/28/12 and before 08/05/12 (dead line) will  

    require a payment of $1,700.
